	This Marble dining room table with gold trim & fabric chairs comfortably seating 6, rests on a plush dark green rug. Glass Sliding doors open into Lanai with access to the Canal and Floating Dock for Florida outdoor living at it's best.
Full appointed kitchen includes counter top stove, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and radio. All kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. An exquisite rug brings pattern and color into the space.	The family room is conveniently located off the kitchen, opposite the dining room. It is beautifully furnished with a wall unit for lots of storage and home to the TV with remote control and cable included. Comfortable recliner chairs make this room truly a media room. Entrance to/from the garage is from this room.
Lanai is accessed from family room and dining room. Stairs outside whisk you to the open 12' X 24' roof deck where you can catch some of the fabulous Florida sun, or sit and relax at sunset with a glass of wine or a soothing cup of tea. Or just watch the water gently lap around the floating dock, where you can also relax or throw in a fishing line.

Master Suite is well appointed with a queen size bed, all linens, phone (local service included), and TV (cable included),	Master bath and separate office space conveniently located through doorway showing in photo.
Master Bath with roomy walk-in shower is conveniently located to MBR and Office.	Master bath with oversized shower and all linens are included.
2nd bedroom boast a comfortable double bed, including all linens plus a large bureau with mirror, 5 drawer chest, night table with lamp and comfortable upholstered chair.	Guest bath is also complete with shower curtain, rug and fully stocked with towels and washcloths
3rd bedroom has attractive stack beds, double size on bottom and twin size on top. All bed linens, a roomy chest and upholstered occasional chair included.
